- Day-to-day counselling for companies (collective relations): preparation of mandatory annual negotiations, drafting of collective agreements, internal regulations and appendixes, organisation of professional elections, implementation of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE), assistance in relations with staff representative bodies
- Daily counselling for companies (individual relations): dismissal procedures, disciplinary procedures, drafting of employment contracts and amendments, assistance in the day-to-day life of companies
- Assistance with amicable termination: assessment of legal risk, recommendations, optimisation of tax and social security treatment, negotiation and drafting of documents (contractual termination, settlement agreement, conciliation report)
- Strategic counselling for companies: transfer of business, collective redundancies associated with Employment Protection Plans, post-restructuring redundancies
- Litigation in labour and social security matters: drafting of submissions, pleadings and monitoring of the execution of first instance and appeal court decisions
