The capacity for innovation and anticipation of labour law counselling is, in our opinion, inseparable from the quality of its service.

We believe that sound guidance consists in taking into consideration not only positive law but also the trends that emerge from the evolution of social relations and the perception of these by labour courts and lawmakers, in order to be as close as possible to the positive law of tomorrow, in a forward-looking spirit.

Thus, innovation and creativity must be a permanent preoccupation in the context of legal counselling and assistance.
